Meet The             Staff

Douglas is a skilled, educated professional with over three decades of experience in the field of technology. He has a proven track record and an ability to plan, design, develop, procure, test and deploy technology-based, secure solutions of multi-tier network systems and software products. He offers a wealth of knowledge and an extraordinary level of expertise when providing systems planning, product development, software engineering and field support services to clients.

Douglas has worked with Fortune 1000 firms in financial and telecommunication organizations. And, in doing so, he has cultivated and mastered a dynamic foundation, which has brought him continued success in business through the years. His knowledge, experience and ITCs outstanding customer service has earned the trust of clients near and far. Douglas is a family man, who adores his wife, kids and grandkids. He is also an avid hunter, angler and marksman, who loves spending his spare time outdoors.

Nathan joined the ITC and began working for his grandfather in January 2021. He presently manages day-to-day operations, finances, social media platforms and the web site. He hopes to increase company visibility online to grow the staff, business and customer base.

Nathan attended DeVry Institute for a short while before getting married in 2020. He and his wife welcomed a new baby daughter in September 2021. Work, wife and being a proud, active father keeps Nathan super busy, but when a spare moment presents itself, he enjoys video gaming.  

Joel is ITCs lead systems engineer, who specializes in networks, firewalls, security, switching, VPN and virtualization. He is NSE certified and continues to achieve higher levels of certification.

Joel formerly owned and managed Enter-Networks.net. He and Douglas Clark (RD Clark Associates) worked as sub-contractors with one another during this time, and each month they would owe each other money, which seemed silly passing checks back and forth. So, they opted for a more logical solution and merged businesses. Their partnership began in 2009, and ITC has averaged a 25 percent growth rate since their merger in 2016, taking them to profitable new heights.

Joel lives in Gladstone, MO with a Doberman named Freya. He is active in the Medieval Society for Creative Anachronism, enjoys archery and makes long bows in his spare time. 

Josh has been working with computers since 2009. He formerly managed a computer store in the Waldo area of Kansas City, MO.

Josh is a hardware specialist, who has a plethora of experience with work stations, laptops and servers. He is presently expanding his knowledge on computer networking, and he is Fortinet NSE certified and working towards higher levels of certification.

Josh has been with ITC since 2010, and he is one who can work from home, the office or on a client site. Douglas Clark is his uncle.

Josh has a beautiful daughter, who was born in 2002 and a Weimaraner dog named Navi. He is an avid pool player in his spare time. 

Caleb started with ITCentral in 2012 as a part-time associate. He currently owns and operates White Audio Consulting and works as a subcontractor with ITC.

Caleb designs and implements speaker systems, audio visual productions, running sound and their related computer networks for small retail stores to large 10,000+ seat venues. He is licensed and insured for low voltage wiring installation. He is continuing his certifications and is currently level three certified for Dante audio over IP. Some of his clients include Cable Dahmer Arena, Legends Field, Zimmerman productions, Code Blue Productions and the Back Alley Brass Band. He looks forward to growing the AV production side of business for ITC in 2022.  

Caleb played cymbals in the Kansas City Chiefs drumline for six years, and he likes to stay busy designing audio visual productions, watching movies and playing video games in his spare time. Douglas Clark is his grandfather, Chere White is his mother, and Nathan is his brother.

Wes is a systems engineer and an IT architect at ITC, who specializes in infrastructure, research and development, application, engineering, packaging, virtualization, automation, deploy-ment, programming services and more.

Wes has provided IT consulting, engineering and architectural services to worldwide companies since 1997, and he formerly worked at Wadell and Reed.

Zoie was the tech support dog. She joined ITC in 2011, and her duties were to make sure the techie crew had plenty of love while they worked. Zoie liked to be spoiled in her spare time. Zoie crossed the rainbow bridge in March 2023. Thanks Zoie for your unconditional love and techie support. RIP girl.  

Chere began working at ITC in 2006 as a part-time administrator and accountant. Her duties include handling account receivables and payables, making sure all bookkeeping and revenue are documented properly and managing any other administrative, office-related needs for ITC. 

Chere has worked full-time at the Bank of Odessa since 2008 as an IT administrator and compliance officer. She assists the ISO to assure all banking systems are up to date, secure and follow protocol. Her duty as a compliance officer is to make sure the bank is always following the rules of federal banking regulations. 

The level of technological expertise Chere brings to ITC and the Bank of Odessa is truly an asset. She has carried on a family tradition of technology guru's and has cultivated her own path in the field. Chere is Douglas Clark's daughter, and Caleb and Nathan are her sons. 

Chere loves spending free time with her grandchildren, and she also enjoys gardening and reading.
